1. Introduction
By accessing or purchasing from the ASoc website (asoc-tea.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. ASoc reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days domestically and 7–14 days internationally. Every parcel is tracked. Complimentary shipping applies to orders over $99. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
4. Returns & refunds
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at hello@asoc-tea.com to initiate a return. We cover the cost of returns for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, branding and design — is the property of ASoc or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASoc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oregon.
